REFUND POLICY — RSK ELEVATE YOUR STYLE WATCH GIVEAWAY
General Policy All Digital Poster purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
Exceptions — When Refunds Are Issued
Giveaway Cancellation — In the event RSK cancels a giveaway for any reason before the winner is selected, all Digital Poster purchases for that giveaway will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Ineligible Participants — If a Digital Poster is purchased by a resident of an excluded country or jurisdiction as listed in our Shipping Policy, that entry will be voided and a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Duplicate Charges — If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.
Fraudulent Transactions — If a purchase is determined to have been made fraudulently or without authorization, RSK reserves the right to void the entry and issue a refund at its sole discretion.
No Refunds For:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to win the giveaway
- Incorrect email address provided at checkout resulting in missed communications
- Digital Posters purchased in excess of what the participant intended
Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting RSK, your entry will be immediately voided and you will be permanently banned from future RSK giveaways. We encourage you to contact us first at rsksolutions22@yahoo.com to resolve any issues.
How to Request a Refund To request a refund under an eligible exception, contact us at rsksolutions22@yahoo.com with your order number, name, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
